[Holacracy] is the first really second-tier technology that was created from a third-tier holding space. It is radical if adopted and not easy to facilitate. Also takes away the ego and biases of all attending. If done well, fantastically much gets done in meetings, in the organization, and [...] in an iterative fashion.
Certification Training (Philadelphia)
The most in-depth Holacracy training available, this 5-day experience helps participants learn how to facilitate Holacracy's meetings and processes in alignment with the principles of Dynamic Steering. Participants will practice under the guidance and coaching of experts, while learning how to address the many challenges and nuances that emerge during the actual application of Holacracy. Successful completion of this training conveys our Certified Holacracy Practitioner credential, and also serves as the first step in the Holacracy licensing program for professional consultants.
Learning Objectives
As a participant in this training you will:
- Join an intimate group for 5 full days of exploring the leading-edge of human organization.
- Engage with all aspects of the Holacracy™ operating system - structure, governance, operations, strategy, and leadership, all built around "dynamic steering" principles.

Note: Attending an introductory Holacracy workshop is a pre-requisite for participating in this training. For convenience, a 1-day workshop is scheduled on the day immediately before this training, for guests wishing to complete both courses back-to-back.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for this event are refundable less a 15% fee until 45 days before the event. Cancellations after that point are non-refundable, however substitutions are welcomed.
Travel Information
Discounted room rates are available at The Desmond Hotel, where the training will be held: $139/night for single occupancy, or $154/night for double occupancy. These rates expire on August 31st, or sooner if the reserved block fills up. Call the hotel directly to reserve rooms using this special rate. For guests on a tight budget, there are several discount hotel options in Malvern, PA, including two within a short walk (Homestead & Homewood Suites).
The nearest major airport to the training venue is Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). The venue is easily accessible via rental car, private car, or shared-ride shuttle. Amtrak trains stop near the venue as well, and a complementary hotel shuttle is available to pick you up from the nearest train station.
