Tom Thomison

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial and professional experience, Mr. Thomison has carried responsibilities spanning most aspects of business, including strategy development, finance, operations, human resources, marketing, technology, and business development. He has founded three companies, one of which was sold in a public transaction, and has helped grow several startup organizations. In addition to his direct business leadership experience, Mr. Thomison has served as a management consultant to small and medium sized businesses in the areas of strategy, human resources, technology, and marketing, and he has consulted to Fortune class companies in the areas of business process analysis, documentation, and enterprise technology management. He currently works with HolacracyOne, which he co-founded in 2007 to further develop the innovative Holacracy™ business practice and package it for broader adoption and consumption.

Brian Robertson

Brian Robertson is an experienced entrepreneur, CEO, and organizational pioneer. He is most well-known for his work developing Holacracy™, an organizational operating system that concretely embodies the new capacities called for by many organizational thought-leaders today. Mr. Robertson's initial work with Holacracy™ took place at an award-winning fast-growth software company he founded and led for seven years. The system he initially developed there has continued to evolve and spread in the years since under the stewardship of HolacracyOne, an organization Mr. Robertson co-founded to further develop the method and bring it to the world. He currently works with HolacracyOne to help consultants and change agents bring its evolutionary approach to organizations across the globe.

Alexia Bowers

Alexia Bowers is a seasoned project manager and project executor, with a 10-year history of serving entrepreneurs as their trusted “number two” – the person who takes their visions and drives them to action. She has a broad base of experience in a variety of roles, spanning technology, marketing, operations, graphic design, and general management. She excels at structuring chaos around a vision and routinely adapts to new areas, with a focus on maturing them up until her talents are no longer needed. Her background includes 6 years with Ternary Software, a technology company she co-founded in 2001 and helped lead to numerous awards and recognitions, both local and international. During her tenure at Ternary, she also led many of the organizations client engagements: complex software development projects for early-stage through Fortune-100 companies across multiple industries. After leaving Ternary she joined HolacracyOne at its inception to help spread Holacracy™, a novel approach to organization that’s rapidly expanding around the world. She holds a Masters Degree of Software Engineering from Penn State University and a Masters Degree in Cognitive and Neural Psychology from the University of South Florida. Her academic background includes four years of teaching undergraduate-level courses, and significant lab work as a Neuroscientist and Ph.D. student.
