We’ve used Holacracy to solve issues around recruiting, corporate vision, pricing, project assignments, and potential, new corporate structures. We’ve introduced the approach to clients – and those that are ready to embrace it have dramatically improved their productivity.
Holacracy Community of Practice Membership
Membership in the Community of Practice includes:
- Energized Discussion: Members are invited to join highly-interactive topic-driven dialogs each month, including online forums and regular scheduled events, to generate new insights and synthesize experience with Holacracy's principles and practices into lasting learning.*
- Interactive Events: Regular conference calls include multiple small-group break-out discussions within a larger conference call framework (a holarchy), allowing everyone to actively participate around a topic while still holding space for the most powerful insights to bubble-up to the entire group.*
- Expert Panels: Listen in on regular dialogs and panel discussions among Certified Holacracy Practitioners and other invited experts exploring the leading-edge of evolutionary organization.
- Practice Support Forums: Get support from peers and from Certified Holacracy Practitioners, who can post and answer questions about Holacracy and share advice on improving your practice.
- File Library Access: Get access to the Holacracy File Library, which includes audio recordings of past events, as well as articles and audios designed to help improve your understanding and embodiment of Holacracy and its underlying principles.
- Membership Directory: View and search the membership directory to find and connect with others interested in Holacracy in your geographic area or within your interest areas.
- Discounts: Receive discounts on public events and trainings.
*Note: To provide space for deeper dialog, participation in a small number of conference calls is limited to those with certain Holacracy knowledge or experience, such as Holacracy workshop graduates and/or Certified Holacracy Practitioners. For most limited events those who don't meet the prerequisites may still download a recording, or participate in other live events which are open to everyone.
